Baby Boy Explosion Box card

Hello to all !! It's Anita here with a baby boy explosion box. CottageCutz has recently released a whole new range of baby dies and they are all so adorable. You can check the whole collection here
Here is my explosion box card showing many dies and they give the whole project such a beautiful look.

Score a 6.25 x6.25 inch paper at 1" intervals on all sides and snip off the corners as shown. This makes the lid of the box.
To make this box, Score a 12x12 inch card stock at 4" and 8" and turn the paper and score again.Cut out the four corners as shown.

Cut pattern papers 3 x 3 and cut the cross stitched die cut. Distress with blue ink.

Cut the die cuts and assemble them together following the image on the paper pack.

Layer all the die cuts and papers together.

Make 3D flower and arrange in the centre with leaves using 3d foam tape.

Happy Anniversary card

Happy Beautiful Spring! It's finally here! Warmer temps...flowers in bloom...fresh, spring air...the sounds of kids playing outside...love it!

Today I am sharing with you new Anniversary card I created with beautiful CottageCutz Collections of dies.

For this card I used beautiful Daisy flower die

First, I made background using embossing folder. Then, I cut daisy flowers out 5 times and glued each flower to base card.

Added dew Drops in the middle of flowers and stamped sentiment.

School Layout with my Fall Dies

For those of use with children and/or grandchildren, Fall also means Back to School and all of the great pictures that go with it! I knew I had to have this Cottage Cutz Hoot Owl because not only would he look fabulous on any and all Fall-themed pages, he is perfect for school pages as well. What school page couldn't use a wise old owl now and then, right?!

For this layout, I just ran the Hoot Owl die through my cutting machine one time with white textured cardstock and then used my Copic markers to color and shade him. I decided to leave off the branch to keep this little guy looking more ready for school than for the out-of-doors.

To create the flowers, I used this cool Cork Paper from Creative Impressions and my Cottage Cutz 3" Daisy. This cork paper is very thin but has such fabulous texture. The Cottage Cutz die cut it beautifully. I thought the cork flowers make for a fun and unique accent on my school-themed page.

Hope you are having a great weekend and getting some scrapping done in between the football! Keep checking back because you just never know when a new project is going to posted!!

Good Morning Friends!

Hello Everyone! Happy Monday to you! For today's card I have used several dies. I love the window dies, so I used Window w/ canopy. I love the canopy! I also used the flower pot from the Window and Flower Pot die. This card could be used for many occasions. We've Moved, Welcome Neighbor, Housewarming Party....... you get the idea. I like to make scenes when I make cards, so I used my Score-pal to make the "siding" on my house. And of course I had to make a white picket fence with this fabulous Picket Fence die! And finally I used the Daisy die to plant some flowers around the house. I used a light pink behind the 9 panel window. To create a slight shadow I highlighted each window pane with a light cool grey Copic marker. This small detail really makes the window pop! I hope you like my card! I will be back next Monday, but I hope you visit us every day to see the fabulous artistry of the other designers!
