CottageCutz Bunny Stuck in Pot /Tag

Hello everyone, and Happy Monday to all!
Cheryl here today, to share a tag I made for the Scrapping Cottage using the Darling CottageCutz Spring Release, and some older CottageCutz Dies. Love this little bunny buns in the flower pot, its called
"CottageCutz Bunny Stuck in Flower Pot" I did color most with copics, and then dusted the bunny bottom and paws. Next I layered him over the CottageCutz Ornate Circle Frame, and CottageCutz Spring Label die.  Then I added some of the CottageCutz Expressions dies
(Happy, and Easter). they are both colored using the copics markers. Lastly I used the CottageCutz Border, its the Sweetheart Border.

All CottageCutz photo's below are linked to the Scrapping Cottage Store. Just click on the die you are wanting to see, and it will take you there

Lastly to embellish, I used some Viva Pear Pen around the edges of the tag. I also used Seam Binding to make the rosette, and tie for the top. I lastly added some buttons.

Super fun tag to make, and how cute would this be on a Easter Basket?

Thank you for looking, and have a lovely day!
Hugs,
Cheryl

Gift tags as mini cards

Hello everybody, Vladka here!

I have new project for you. This time I want to show you my two gift tags and they can also be used as mini cards.
Basis of the first tag is made from Homemade tag die and I embellished it with Home Baked Stamps and with word Love, made with Tweet Love die. The inside of the tag hide some sentiments, flowers and a little greenery.

For second tag I used Oval Doily for the basis die and added birthday wish in the inside.

And here are all dies on one place. Click on the photo will take you to the store:

I wish you beautiful Sunday!

Quick and easy project and masking technique

Hello everybody, Vladka here.

Ornate Circle Frame and Greenery dies are perfect for almost every project. On my card they are having main part:
This time I also decided to use the negative of Ornate Circle Frame die cut for masking technique. I used it outside and inside of the card.
Quick and easy project, perfect when you don't have a lot of time and you need birthday card. On the front I also used little heart from Angle Wings Mini die. It gives a special touch.
For such cards I also like to embellish the inside of the card and here I use the bow from Ornate Circle Frame die and Cameo from Hand Mirror and Cameo die.
Have a great week!

For all book lovers

"The odd thing about people who had many books
was how they always wanted more."
                                   - Patricia A. McKillip -

So, I admit I'm odd and I can't help it! And my name is Vladka :) I just love books and no other media can't give you this special feeling like when you have one good book in your hands. That the fact. So, if you need a little present for your friend who loves books, you can make him/her a card and a bookmark. This is what I came up with:

I printed the quote on a card and made a shelf for books from two CottageCutz dies: CottageCutz Ornate Circle Frame and CottageCutz Spooky Iron Shelf. CottageCutz Die cuts are coloured with grey ink pad and with little white tempera. Also books are coloured with ink pads.

Bookmark is made from circle and CottageCutz  Ornate Circle Frame, which is not glued on a surface completely,  I glued it just on upper part, that it can be added on the page in the book.

Happy Easter!

Girly Girl Gift Box

Hi Everyone! It's Lisa here and today I have a girly girly gift box to share with you. This box could be used to hold a treasure for a friend and then it would look lovely on a vanity, dressing table or shelf.
I altered a small paper mache box that you can pick up at any local craft store. On the cover of the box I used CottageCutz Ornate Circle Frame, Corset and Mini Pumps
I used some chalk ink and distress ink with sponge applicators to shade my corset and shoes. The feathers are chipboard and were treated  with some mists, inks and distress stickles.

Tiny pearls were added to the corset for buttons and fibers behind the corset and shoes lend a vintage shabby feel.
Edge punching on a contrasting pattern paper add a finished look to the bottom edge of the box.  I also had an old paper bag with some vintage printing on it. I tore pieces of it off, inked the edges and attached it to the sides of the box.

I had a TON of fun with these dies. My mind is always spinning with ideas on how else I can use them!

Take Time To Smell The Flowers

Good morning!  It's Lorie here today to share a fabulous Cottage Cutz creation with you.  It's still technically winter around here, even though our weather has been more like spring, so with all this spring in the air, I couldn't resist playing with the new Cottage Cutz dies from Peachy Keen Designs.  Some of my all time favorite  images are now available in die form, and they come complete with adorable face stamps to give you all the versatility you can imagine!!

For this card, I used the Cottage Cutz Shower Peepers 4x6 die, along with the My Little Shoebox Ornate Circle Frame 4x6 die.  I added some pearls to the flowers, and pretty satin and organza ribbon for embellishment.  I found this sentiment in a set of stamps I had from Peachy Keen Stamps called Spring Bouquet.  I cut this chickie out with white card stock and I colored it with Copic markers.  Before I colored, I stamped the face with Memento Tuxedo black ink, which is great for use with Copics because I never have to worry about it smudging.  The patterned paper is some I had in my stash from Stampin Up!, and I did pop this cutie up onto an action wobble, so she's got a little bit of wiggle going on.  What a happy card!!!

Be sure to head over to The Scrapping Cottage to check out all the wonderful new dies.  There's still time to get your order in for the Valentine's Day release, and these Cottage Cutz by  Peachy Keen Designs like I used today are now in stock, AND if that's not enough newness for you, you can now preorder the beautiful and absolutely gorgeous spring release!!

So glad you could join us here today!  I wish you a blessed and beautiful day and some happy crafting, too!
